मूलभूत कर्तव्ये (Fundamental duties )

प्रस्तावना- 

आपणास माहिती असेल की राज्य घटनेतील भाग -४- A  अनुच्छेद ५१- A मधे काही कर्तव्यांचा समावेश केलेला आहे.

सदर संकलपणा ही सरदार स्वर्ण सिंग कमिटी कडून घेण्यात आली व ४२ व्या दुरुस्ती कायद्या १९७६, नंतर या १० कर्तव्यांचा भारतीय राज्यघटनेच्या भाग 4-A  मधे सामाविष्ट करण्यात आला. व  ११ वे  कर्तव्य हे ८६ व्या दुरस्ती कायद्या मार्फत सामाविष्ट करण्यात आली.

 सदर  कर्तव्य यांचे पालन न केल्यास आपणास कोणतीही शिक्षा होत नाही. म्हणूनच यांना नॉन इनफॉर्सीएबल  ड्युटीस अस म्हणतात  (  Non inforceable duties). पण जर आपण भारतीय नागरिक आहात तर यांचे पालन स्वतःहून केले पाहिजे. 

उद्देश- मुळता याचे ३ उद्देश आहेत ते खालील प्रमाणे - 

१) समाजविरोधी कृतीं विरुद्ध चेतावणी 

उदाहरण-   ध्वज नष्ट करण्यासारख्या कृतिं विरुद्ध चेतावणी

२) त्यांच्या कर्तव्याची स्मरण करून देतात 

३) राष्ट्रीय ध्येय साध्य करण्यासाठी शिस्त आणि वचन बद्धते साठी 

मूलभूत कर्तव्ये (Fundamental duties ) खालील प्रमाणे - 

१) संविधानाचे पालन करा आणि राष्ट्रध्वज आणि राष्ट्रगीताचा आदर करा

 २) स्वातंत्र्यलढ्याच्या आदर्शांचे पालन करा

 ३) भारताच्या सार्वभौमत्वाचे आणि अखंडतेचे रक्षण करा

 ४) देशाचे रक्षण करा आणि जेव्हा बोलावले जाते तेव्हा राष्ट्रीय सेवा द्या

 ५) समान बंधुत्वाची भावना विकसित करणे

 ६) देशाची संमिश्र संस्कृती जपा

 ७) नैसर्गिक पर्यावरणाचे रक्षण करा

 ८) वैज्ञानिक स्वभाव आणि मानवता विकसित करा

 ९) सार्वजनिक मालमत्तेचे रक्षण करा आणि हिंसाचार टाळा

 १०) जीवनाच्या सर्व क्षेत्रात उत्कृष्टतेसाठी प्रयत्न करा.

 ११) 6 ते 14 वयोगटातील मुलांना शाळेत पाठवणे हे सर्व पालकांचे/पालकांचे कर्तव्य आहे.

आकरावी ड्यूटी ८६ व्या दुरुस्ती कायद्या मार्फत समविष्ट केलेली आहे. अनुच्छेद २१ - A मधे हे आपणास दिसते.

 Fundamental Duties

 Introduction-

 You may know that certain duties are included in Part-IV - A , Article 51-A of the State Constitution.

 This compilation was taken from the Sardar Swarna Singh Committee and after the 42nd Amendment Act 1976, these 10 duties were included in Part 4-A of the Constitution of India. Our 11th duty was included by the 86th amendment act.

 There is no penalty for non-compliance with  duties. That's why they are called non enforceable duties. But if you are an Indian citizen then you have to follow them yourself.

 Objectives- Basically has 3 objectives which are as follows-

 1) Warning against anti-social acts

 Example- Warning against acts like desecration of the flag

 2) Reminds them of their duties

 3) For discipline and commitment to achieve national goals

The following is a list of 11 fundamental duties – 

1) Abide by the Constitution and respect national flag & National Anthem

2) Follow ideals of the freedom struggle

3) Protect sovereignty & integrity of India

4) Defend the country and render national services when called upon

5) Developing the spirit of common brotherhood

6) Preserve composite culture of the country

7) Preserve natural environment

8) Develop scientific temper and humanity

9) Safeguard public property and avoid violence

10) Strive for excellence in all spheres of life.

11) Duty of all parents/guardians to send their children in the age group of 6-14 years to school.
